Windows and doors
Much of my work is conservation window frames and doors. Today’s challenge is to retain the original look
while enabling the doors and frames to perform
to modern standards.

Windows are usually double glazed, with machined
in draft excluders – I am also proud to have developed my own type of beading (a more weatherproof solution). Sometimes I also use a gasket for an even better seal. I tend to use microporous paint.
